I’m a certified health coach and a nurse at Massachusetts General Hospital and am passionate about helping people break free from emotional eating and learn to live their best lives. I work one-on-one with each of my clients to restore balance and establish healthy habits in all aspects of their lives so they can achieve their goals, even if they have been unsuccessful in the past.

When I began my journey 4 years ago…
I thought it was to simply lose weight.
I was a new mom to preemie twins and was in a cycle of take out meals, little to no activity, zero sleep and bad habits. I felt uncomfortable in my skin, had zero energy and I was struggling with anxiety. My life seemed OK but I wanted a BETTER one.
I’m allowing myself to be vulnerable here because it might help you to know that I have been there. I know what it’s like to be overwhelmed with life, too. I simply made the decision to start a lifestyle program—thinking I’d commit for a month and move on.
If I knew then what my life would be like, I’d have started sooner.
What I did was break the cycle of bad habits to get my life back. I am now free from the baggage that comes with being unhealthy. I have learned that a healthy program is so much more than weight loss. It's about freedom. I have gained purpose, confidence, strength, and lifelong healthy habits that have changed the course of my family life. It is now my mission to pay it forward.
As a Certified Health Coach and Nurse, I promote TOTAL wellness. This means focusing on a healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy finances. I provide my clients with a combination of support, education, and community. This program isn’t about food; it’s about reprogramming your brain to think differently. I can help you build a life around what matters most to you by assisting you in achieving your health goals. I believe that working on your mindset and behavior can help you see what is possible.
